It will not fit into a 70mm or 60mm fork. Have your shop verify that you have an 80mm fork. The current oil damper in your fork should be silver. If it is, it is an 80mm cartridge. If it is black, it is a 70mm cartridge. The Magura dampers are nice. They have rebound adjust and a lockout.
