Graphene nitride
WebJan 26, 2024 · Transferable, low-stress gallium nitride grown on graphene for flexible lighting or display applications may enable next-generation optoelectronic devices. However, the growth of gallium nitride on graphene is challenging. WebUsing this technique, we demonstrated the fabrication of high-quality devices on the basis of graphene/hexagonal boron nitride heterostructures with a large bubble-free region. Additionally, the technique can be used to remove unnecessary flakes on a substrate under an optical microscopic scale.
