They look like two toggle buttons, one is on and is one off although they are really just two icons.

WebI had a black line moving back and forth horizontally at the far upper right hand corner, above the battery/wifi/signal icons. I’m aware iOS 14 has new indicators for when the microphone or camera are active, but those are green and orange dots. I haven’t seen or read anything about a black line going back and forth.
