God, they're boring. Fighters and other warriors get exciting feats to choose from, and they get to use the shiniest shinies. Since you only need a 17 dex for Improved Two-Weapon Fighting, it's not going to kill a strength based Fighter or Fighter/Rogue to get that dexterity as well as a high strength.
